Refund Policy

Once an order is placed or funds are added to your balance, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless Ninjasmm.space decides to do so. If an order is not delivered as described or there is an issue with added funds, you must contact our support team within 24 hours, and we will review the issue.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us to resolve the issue directly. If you open a dispute or chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be suspended.

Proof of Service

We maintain detailed records of each transaction. If a customer claims they did not receive their order, we will provide proof of service, including screenshots and logs. This proof is considered final and binding.

We are not responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. We do not guarantee any specific results, and our services are used at your own risk.
